I just checked Amazon.com. They have different stories/sagas available, but not the complete series.

Can someone tell me what happened after the credits, because I didn't stay for that. I had no idea to stay and it was already late, I tried to beat the traffic as soon as the credits hit.

            Re: X3

            It wasn't great...it wasn't horrible...it was "eh".

They should have just let Bryan Singer make Superman Returns then come back and make the 3rd X installment.

This was the worst of the 3. All of the "emotion" from the first two..the identifiable human "angst", etc. was sorely missing from this one.

Also..everything seemed "rushed". The plot seemd rushed. The character development seemed rushed. It's almost as though they tried to pack in 4 hours of material into less than 2 hours. Magneto goes from being a villain who's point of view you can actually "see"..to another mindless movie super villain.

I was entertained...but considering I saw how great the previous two films were....I was disappointed knowing what this movie was CAPABLE of being.

I liked it more then I thought I would. However, those major plot twists that left you going what the %%$% just seemd out of line. Hopefully if someone else picks up the X-Men after a few years they will ignore this movie (kind of like Batman Begins did with the Batman films). I liked the action scenes a lot but man some of the writing was bad.

The fact that Stan Lee or anyone ever associated with comic books in general put their name anywhere near this should be career suicide. Why not take all of the Marvel lore and, instead of sticking to it, re-write everything. That's what this movie did.

Oh, and BTW, Juggernaut's powers are magic, not mutant. You'll see why I say this after you see the movie.
Man, I couldn't agree more. The effects were great, and overall, it was a pretty good movie...but they didn't just tweak the mythos ( ala Spiderman having webs shoot out of his wrists) they completely pooped on it. If you're going to have the balls to make up your own story cool, I can dig that...but come up with YOUR OWN story. Don't take an amalgamation of great existing stories, and subplots and just piss on them. Id rate this movie as 9/10 for non x-fans, and 6.5 for the hardcores.

after watching the first season of the x-men it's been very informative and it shows how crazy the writing is. In the cartoon, callisto and leech are part of the murlocks and in the movie callisto is trying to kill leech lol go figure

After thinking about it a bit more...this is almost like a tale of two movies. The first movie is the action scenes and I really liked them. The second part is the story and I really disliked it. It is almost like they didn't know what to do with the characters...with the excpetion of doing something stupid to two of them to try and kill off any more movies.

                        - Nice cameo by Stan Lee as the old guy with the water hose and Mi-Jung Lee as the news reporter
                        - How about Behoorz's Mom.. Dina Araz as a doctor .. LOL

I enjoyed the film even though there were flaws. I felt like the movie could have used another 30 minutes to explain the new characters better. The Juggernaut had some corny lines and reminded me of Zangief from the Street Fighter movie. I'm Juggernaut Bitch!!!!!

Kelsey Grammar as the Beast was terrific. I wish Gambit was in the movie.

                        SPOILERS

I stayed until the end and saw the bonus scene. I guess Professor X is still alive. I'm not sure if Magneto had his powers back in the final scene before the credits started rolling. The camera zoomed in on the chess pieces but then the credits came. Everything I've read says this is the final movie. I find it hard to believe they won't make another one since this film has been a huge box office success.

just came back from watching it. it wasnt as horrible as some posters have said in the thread, but it definitely was missing singer's direction. some scenes were way too short and the movie overall was edited horribly. some of the dialogue was quite cheesy too. but i liked it, very entertaining.

but yea, i think at the end i think they made it clear that the "cure" was temporary. its the only way they can make a sequel...and the prof X thing was very dumb i think...siiiiigh and killing off 2 major characters definitely wasnt a good movie either.

The chess piece wiggles when Magneto goes to touch it, hinting that he moved it with his powers. The "I'm Juggernaut Bitch" line was in there for the fans, its kind of an inside joke.

Marvel has seperate universes and timelines where the same stories are told and re-told using the same characters. The "Movie-verse" is really no different.
