    Very complex (i think), but why not...

    I have two partitions on my acer laptop... except when i was reformatting my pc, i used a windows disk that didnt come with this pc (i couldnt find it at the time) and changed the second partition from FAT32 to NTFS...

    I know have to switch it back but dont know how.. can anyone help me?

    The fat32 was probably your recovery partition. To switch it back, you have to repartition the drive, which would get rid of the data if you do it through DOS, or try a program like Partition Magic.
