If you have windows XP, this works wonders. Its not a firefox add on like I orginially thought.

if i need a web based one this is what i use...but at work and at home i've got photoshop, so i just use that nowadays

there is a program called The Gimp that will do most functions that you will find in Photoshop and Paint Shop Pro. It's kind of advanced if you are just trying to resize files, but if you need a good free program, it's a good one.

InfranView is real good for simply resizing stuff as well.
