I think he's talking about the yellow flowers, a little lower, on the right of the second vase...

they do look like a tiger, but I think it's just more flowers.

Is it something obvious? B/c I can't see it.

Flowers on the left(the Guns 'N Roses flowers)...next to the middle vase on your right, the left of the vase, there are some yellow flowers, that if you just a take a quick glance it does resemble a tiger...but I think they're just yellow flowers.
