I was standing right next to heath when he did that.

As much as you know its acting, being in that scene was so intense due to how violent heath was. At one point due to sfx and what not you really felt like you were in danger.

I thought the teaser was underwhelming. The dialogue is okay and the laugh is amazing, but the whole "logo" thing is just eh.

it's a teaser. It's supposed to get you excited without showing anything, like the non-nude models on the internet.

then it did it's job. They can tack that in front of whatever movie they want and get the same result as if they showed anything. It's still a ways off.

That's part of why it's not great.

Most of it is the placement.

Teasers aren't meant for a named topic on the internet.

Teasers are for when you're sitting in a movie theater, you see an image, but nothing major, you recognize a voice or two, you piece together what it is, and then the title comes on the screen.

Obviously, everyone viewing in this topic knows what it is, and it takes the fun away. For the general audience, especially those who didn't know Joker was the villain, it's a great teaser.

I think it would have been more effective if it had shown something behind the exploding Bat symbol. Not a reveal or anything, but show the back of the Joker and have him walking away or something like that. Either way, the site today made up for the teaser.

Even if the teaser didn't show us anything, what I heard definitely got me amped! Also, that police report mentioned "See you in December." Maybe there's going to be another trailer by that time.
