Anybody heard of Vizio LCD TV's?

I am looking to purchase a LCD TV for someone, but they do not have a lot of cash to throw around and I saw that Cosco had a Vizio 32" LCD for under $900. My question is, has anybody heard of these TV's, what are the pros and cons, and is this a good deal.
    Thanks in advance.

I bought the 37" Vizio from Costco and then returned it a month later. It was fine for the first few weeks and then one day the color went all out of wack. After shutting the TV off and then turning it on, the colors came back, but this happened too often for my liking.

CNET has a pretty good review/rating for their 50" model. It doesn't look like they are getting bashed too bad in their reviews.

I may pick up one of their mid-sized plasma for my bedroom.

The Vizio LCD tvs have a pretty good reputation @ online forums. I recommended one to my friend (32 inch) last winter when he got his 360 and he's had zero problems.
