    Im looking for:

A program that allows me to take a picture of sumthin i have on the pc, cut it out, then put it onto a certain backdrop or with another person when the two were never even together

    and..

a program that allows me to create a 'memory'... that is, allows me to add pictures, music, the works, and then i can give it to another person and without instlaling that same program, they can see it too

i dont care the cost, but if free, even better..

    thx boys

Ummm, well I have a Mac, but I have basic PC knowledge. I'm sure that u can capture an image of something on your computer using XP. Then to mess with it you should probably use photoshop, but its really expensive. Final cut pro is the best program to make a movie so you can add music or whatnot, but its also really expensive. I'm sure someone else can help you out more.

For the image, use print screen and then download GIMP("the free photoshop") to do any editing you need. You can go in as much detail as you want with that program, making it look like the person was actually in the alternate setting(messing with shadows and everything) or just cut and paste for a rough look. But yeah, get GIMP.
