All right so at my high school's "Senior Night" tonight, a classmate performed a song but didn't give the title of it, or the singer, and I can't for the life of me, remember the correct lyrics...so I figured I might as well just see if you guys could figure it out.
He performed it as an acoustic song, but I don't know if that's how it was meant to be, or if it was just him changing it because he couldn't get anything but an acoustic guitar.
It was a sort-of mellow song, about a relationship that ended.
The only part I sort of remember was part of the chorus...but I don't seem to have it exactly right.

Or something along those lines. I know, I'm not giving you much to work with...but any help would be greatly appreciated.
