Jack Bauer goes to Hollywood
According to ign.com there seems to be a tentative deal with the producers of the show '24' to make feature film.

Yeah this is one of those shows that wouldn't translate well to film. I guess the only way it would work is if the film is in realtime for 2 hrs.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Re: Jack Bauer goes to Hollywood
Would you happen to be talking about that movie called "The Sentinel" starring Michael Douglas, Kiefer Sutherland, Eva Longoria and Kim Basinger?
If so it appears he's most definitly gone "Hollywood" and the movie is pretty tight IMO kinda in the mold of a "24" episode except not as intense and its that intensity that has me hangin' on week after week just dying with every passing second as my man and alter ego "Jack" gets the job done and in most cases he doesn't take prisoners and most def has his own way of going about things.
Then again its Hollywood and it is a pretty good movie (The Sentinel) but IMO any episode of "24" as its shown on TV just wouldn't leave me with that same feelin' if it were in a movie theater, its better off as one of the better shows on television for people who don't go to the movies and still find quality entertainment by going through the intense drama shown week after week and ending in those excellent season ending cliff hangers.
But I could be wrong and Hollywood might be able to bring that magic to the silver screen....on second thought, naw it just doesn't feel right being up there on the big screen again its just my opinion Jacks pretty much a one man demolition squad capable of getting the job done well without Hollywoods help and in most cases he's right as long as he gets the job done and the missions a success...."Jack Bauer" my man gets it done no matter what it takes did you see the Season Final....if not then "You Don't Know Jack"!!!
