Guys I need help.

I'm trying to install a program and during the Installshield Wizard initial setup (when its just a small rectangle in the botom right hand of the screen) it keeps freezing as the green bar fils a quarter of the area up and it says "Configuring Windows Installer" I've tried this 4 times and even restarted and tried it and it keeps freezing in that one spot. Any ideas?

Small rectangle? Hmm, for some reason I dont know what your talking about. But as for your problem would be to defrag. Restart, then reinstall again. If it still freezes, it could be something with the installer or even a virus on your computer thats restricting the program to be installed from accessing the files it needs to.
