I don't know.... seems like a cheap attempt at humor. I think vids of kids doing spontaneous stuff is much funnier. This is like setting your kids up just for a laugh and it's not even a well thought through prank.

Haha, I went ahead and watched the other ones too. I know what this guy is probably frowned upon by the higher ups because it's not good to try to take the law into one's own hands (not to mention this seems potentially dangerous) but from the outside looking in, it's quite entertaining.

Also a nice touch to meet at a playground or school whenever possible. Mad creepy.
