Why isnt this working

I just bought all the Breaking Benjamin Cd's and want to burn them on one huge CD.

This cd holds 120 mins or 4.7 GB

The CD is nowhere near 4.7 GB that i want to burn..yet its 107 mins..So i have 13 mins to spare.. But it says i have to take one song off ( So cold acoustic or any song for that matter) for it to work.

Im confused..i have 13 minutes left when i have the 29 songs on there..whats up?

Its possible that the CD is a CD-R meaning that once u burn any stuff u want on it...you cant go back and change it.

its "DVD RW" and it says theres nothing on it...

1. You can't play a DVD disc as an audio CD.

2. I'm guessing that's 120 minutes of video and not audio, because a regular CD can hold 80 minutes on 700 MB.

You can't use DVD-Rs or DVD-RWs to burn audio CDs; they won't read at all in a standard audio CD drive. You have to use CD-Rs (and you can probably use CD-RWs, though I've never tried this and I'm not sure).

You can use CD-RWs, although not all cd players will read the format.

I always convert the format to wma just to be sure...but thats just me you could try that.

If you want to put a lot of albums on a cd use a program like nero and make a data cd. Only certain cd players will read it but it will allow you to use the space that the cd takes up and not the amount of time it takes up.

If you don't have it already then you are going to have to buy it. What program do you use to burn cd's?
