AMD Price Drops.......
I'm happy to show this to you guys. I'm planning on buying one sometime in the future. I think that this might be beneficial for those who might want to upgrade and see a processor that might be better than what they have. This is also after the little test that gamestop did with the new intel dual cores. Keep in mind the dates. I got this from the Gamespy article

Re: AMD Price Drops.......
What you mean have widened? These processors are older from what I know. I think they've been out significantly. AMD is planning on releasing something next year I believe. Every two years seems to be the cycle from what I've heard. The new intel chips are finally giving AMD a run which is good. Still, from the last test I saw on gamespot, they kind of didn't give AMD the proper setup to give it a good run against the new intel chipsets. Still, it's a steal for anyone who has a motherboard that supports the chips on the link I gave. I'm still learning.......Originally posted by zeroxray0arent the new intel core2's the best on the market now? i think the gap between intel and amd has finally widened a bit more
