I was one of those kids who had to play with GI Joes, because whenever I bought transformers I broke them.

The one shared experience between all males of my generation is that we all cried during Transformers: The Movie.
          Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.
Dash: [muttering] Which is another way of saying no one is.

Tell me about it. I remember sitting in the theatre and during the scene it was like a freakin' funeral. The place was so silent you could hear a pin drop, then suddenly you heard every kid in the place crying their eyes out!

Yeah and I am sure GI Joe never broke! You guys are probably too young to remember. I had my brothers hand me down GI Joe, they were tall and fuzzy beard lol.
