IMO their magazine is toilet paper. And I can almost get, no..everything I want from my home computer or work computer, TV, or radio much better and faster than staring at a 1" screen and getting charged extra for it.

      Oh I don't doubt that.

It's the fact that some very good opinion pieces are also Insider which really cheeses me off. I really liked reading Neyer and Stark writing about baseball but ESPN in their quest to be greedy, took it away from me.

Yeah, though it might bite them in the rear... I used to venture over to the other sports sites when I wanted to read some good articles. ESPN's just getting a little to full of itself.

I don't think the Insider is a bad deal. Its like 40$ for the Insider and ESPN the magazine. And you get a lot of draft info about the players, and they have some recruiting info and of course the Insider only articles.

But no way am I paying whatever rediculous price it is for ESPN Mobile.

The phone is a waste. I don't see the point. I am glad that the trade deadline is over because there were too many mobile ESPN updates on SportsCenter everyday about trade rumors. Seeing that phone setup on my SONY TV got annoying everyday.

And to think I was actually going to cop one...
