This place is easily the best place to look for reviews. They go really indepth, show you example images used with the camera and just all around go into every aspect you could ever want.

Circuit City is selling the 4 MP Cannon Powershot with a photo printer for $200. Plus a $20 mail in rebate and they are giving a free 256MB Scandisk with purchase.
I remember paying $300 for a 3.2 MP Cannon not too long agoComment

Re: Recommend a Digital Camera
I was looking at the Sony Cybershot W50 today and I didn't care for some of the placement of the buttons.
I see that many on here have Cannon's, and I have read some good things about the Cannon cameras.
Does anyone know anything about the following camera. I tested it at Circuit City and found it to be comfy, plus I liked where all the buttons were placed. One nice thing is that there is a promotion where you get a free 512 mb SD Card with it when you purchase the Kodak below. The Kodak was $299.

Re: Recommend a Digital Camera
I need some advice. I can get the Kodak V603 from Amazon.com for a cheaper price than at the stores.
Amazon.com = $256
Best Buy.com = $269
CC (instore) = $299
Do you guys think buying a camera from amazon.com is a good idea? Or should I just buy it from a retailer instead? I've boughts DVD's and CD's from Amazon, but never high ticket merchandise.Comment

Re: Recommend a Digital Camera
I don't see why not, just keep the shipping box for awhile to make sure you don't have any problems. I would read their return policy for eletronics first though.

I've returned some things to Amazon and its cake, especially when you don't have to pay for shipping.

Re: Recommend a Digital Camera
I bought a $250 SLR off of Amazon. I had no problems with it so I didn't need to investigate their return policy, but every as far as payment and shipping went fine. If it were $10 more in store at Best Buy I would consider buying it there, but definitely not paying the extra $40 to get it at CC.Comment
