    The Fray

Anyone listen to this band? They are awesum. A friend referred me to them so I downloaded a couple of songs and loooved it so I bought their cd today. Friggin siick. They sound alot like a Coldplay-type band, altho coldplay annoys the hell out of me.

Very good band, and a very solid CD all-around.

Been listening to How To Save A Life for about a year now. Just an excellent CD top to bottom. They are a lot less Coldplay, and a lot more Something Corporate/Jack's Mannequin and Gavin DeGraw though. Listen to some Athenaeum/Collapsis/Mike Garrigan, Augustana, Michael Tolcher and Matt Wertz/Dave Barnes if you're digging their sound.

I agree with the Jack's Mannequin and Gavin DeGraw comparisons. Good band, a lot of solid tracks on How To Save A Life.

Going to their concert this fall. I have enjoyed and am going because my girlfriend wanted me to go. I am glad to hear they are a solid band.

Breaks my heart that the tour with Mat Kearney and Cary Brothers didn't come through Atlanta, that would have been one truly remarkable show. Not sure who they are on the road with this fall, but no way will it be able to matchup with that trio.

Their only song that I've heard was "Over My Head", and I think that it's pretty okay. I'm sure that they have better songs, and I'll be sure to listen to all of those eventually too.

I actually like "How to Save a Life" a bit more than "Over My Head". I downloaded the whole CD and it is excellent.

How to Save a Life and All At Once are my 2 favorite songs.
