Sweet. The list of people coming back to PTI:

    Tony K.

    That's it! That's the list!

Miss him on the radio immensely. Cowherd (sp?) gets stale to me after awhile with his: Raider-guy, air-conditioning repair-guy, Blue Jays-guy, not-going-to-buy-a-round-of-drinks guy, etc., etc.

You wouldn't want to have lived in the 50s to the mid 60s then because the college game was miles ahead of the pro game in terms of coverage, fan awareness and popularity.

I agree that they do go overboard a bit with the college sports stuff but when you have such an interesting season due to the BCS and traditional teams coming out of nowhere to be good again then it's worth talking about IMO.

College football is more exciting than the NFL and college basketball is ridiculously better than the NBA. I do wish they had more coverage of college baseball though. Doesn't make sense why they don't cover it until the CWS.

PTI isn't so bad with Wilbon and LeBatard. Obviously Kornheiser is better but he can't be there everyday. Jason Whitlock is terrible though.

Like, when NCAA Football ended this year, I didn't even get to hear anything about baseball... just about the projected standings for next year for NCAA Football or something. Overrated in my eyes.

I think it's also because college baseball is never aired or discussed on T.V. or radio until the College World Series.
Thats because baseball at any level sucks.

Especially at the college level. These guys aren't even as good as class A minor league ball.

At least in college football and college basketball you are looking at the future stars. You won't see 99% of these guys in college baseball playing in the MLB for years.

College basketball and football both are better than their professional counterparts.

I'm not a fan of college baseball but come on. 99% of the college football and basketball players you see aren't going pro either. And many of them that do go pro aren't stars in their respective league for awhile.
