    Arrested Development Fans Unite!

I was just searching YouTube and came across one of my favorite clips of the entire show:

    <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/FOtlkjpkyqE"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/FOtlkjpkyqE" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>

"Well, I understand you gotta lock that down..."

Makes me hate Fox that much more.

No one watched the show, I'm suprised Fox stuck with it as long as they did.

On the plus side there is talk of an Arrested movie.

This clip doubles my hate for FOX now that I've become a huge Firefly too. Unlike AD Firefly was NEVER given fair a chance.

Oh and I watched AD every night at work on my Ipod video. It never gets old.

I really wish George Michael would have joined the cast of Veronica Mars.

Arrested Development is my choice for funniest show ever.

It's too bad Fox cancelled it, I really would have liked to see more eps, but on the bright side, I think they did give us some closure, so it's not that big of a deal.

Wrong. Lots of people watched AD -- the way Fox screwed with their timeslot was one of their reasons for such low ratings.

If lots of people watched it wouldn't have had low ratings. I loved this show personally, but I can see why it didn't catch on, because it was actually intelligent humor. Sadly Americans would rather watch the pure crap CBS calls television than something legitimately funny but makes them think and have an attention span only slightly longer than that of a gnat.

Showtime did and made a great offer. The creator of the show, Mitchell Hurwitz decided he didnt want to do the show anymore and declined their offer.

Basically, lots of people tried to watch it but Fox kept moving their timeslot around. Can't expect a TV audience to look up what time a certain show airs every week. To succeed, a TV show needs a set time slot every week that people can get used to. Arrested Development never really got that. I know I tried to watch but just couldn't keep up with the schedule. Same happened to Family Guy the first time around.

I watched it religiously, I don't really recall its time slot being moved as much as people like to believe, and it surely wasn't moved around as much as oh say Coach was on ABC.

I cant imagine what season 3 wouldve been if it wasnt cut short.

                              it ended well.

one of my top three comedys, with curb, seinfeld and AD.

sadly, i still need to buy the dvds. sams club doesnt have the AD seasons yet. Curb is cheap over there though
