I have a 2 dual tuner boxes in my house, however whichever is downstairs cannot record more than one thing at a time. If I move it upstairs it can. WTF? I am calling them now, but god knows how long that will take. FYI, I have powered them down and reset them multiple times.

that shouldn't matter. there should be 2 cables (I think it is input 1 and input 2) going into the back of the dvr. If you have 2 cables hooked up to it when it is upstairs and downstairs, it would lead me to believe something is wrong with one of the cables downstairs. To test that, go downstairs and try this:
1. Just hook the one cable up to input 1 and see if your satellite works

They are gonna send a technician on Wednesday, I'll just let the stuff record on the box that works. My DirecTV experience has been awful thus far........Comment
