I still can't get used to how bad his voice sounds now. His voice always sounded bad, but now that he's like 80 it sounds like sandpaper being scratched on a chalkboard.

Heard one cut on NPR's weekly "All Songs Considered" podcast last week, and I liked the tune.

This is a very good album. The only other of his newer albums I have heard it Time Out of Mind and he sounds like a new man on this one compared to that. He has energy left in his guitar playing and his vocals. The only song I heard pre-release was "Ain't Talkin'" which really strips things down, his voice sounds pretty rough on that track(see me previous post!), but he sounds much better on the rest of the album.
