As for the question, Tom Cruise. I used to think some of his movies were decent but now the guy is such a nutjob that I can't watch them anymore.Comment

What a dick.
Another actor I can't take seriously at all is Tom Cruise. The guy can't act his way out of a paper bag. Probably 90 percent of his roles in the last 20 years have consisted of him playing this character: Arrogant, hotshot (insert profession) who has a life-changing moment or set of experiences that cause him to become contrite and/or humble. The list of movies in which Cruise plays that role:
Top Gun
Days of Thunder
Jerry Maguire
Far and Away
All the Right Moves
The Color of Money
Cocktail
Rain Man
A Few Good Men
Mission Impossible
I can only count two movies in which I could say Cruise showed true acting ability: "Born on the Fourth of July" and "Minority Report."
Otherwise, the guy sucks. And before someone starts quoting box office numbers as some sort of shallow, failed attempt at proving Cruise's acting chops, receipts are not a barometer of quality, just as McDonald's "99 Billion Served" doesn't make it gourmet food.
Take care,

yeah, he does a pretty good job being serious, I guess right now I still think of him as Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, the Waterboy, you know? Will just take a while for me to get used to him as a serious actor, if he ever decides to concentrate on that.Nintendo Switch Friend Code: SW-7009-7102-8818Comment

Christopher Walken, who's perhaps my favorite actor.
When I see him in serious roles I just laugh the entire time regardless."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

The guy who played the library investigator in Seinfeld. Everytime I see him doing another role that one immediately pops into my head. I believe his name is Phillip Baker Hall.
Yeah, '71. That was my first year on the job. Bad year for libraries.
Bad year for America. Hippies burning library cards, Abby Hoffman telling everybody to steal books. I don't judge a man by the length of his hair or the kind of music he listens to. Rock was never my bag. But you put on a pair of shoes when you walk into the New York Public Library, fella.Sure, we're too old to change the world, but what about that kid, sitting down, opening a book, right now, in a branch at the local library and finding drawings of pee-pees and wee-wees on the Cat in the Hat and the Five Chinese Brothers?New England Patriots

Keifer Sutherland
After he played the rapist/muderer in the "Eye for an Eye" movie with Sally Field, I was never able to accept his role as a good guy in any movie. I now despise the guy. He did such a damn good job at pissing me off that I now hate him for all that he's worth. He's played some roles in other movies where he did just as well at pissing me off, such as "A Time to Kill" (he was the perfect actor for character in the book).
Christopher Walkin
I cannot accept Walkin for anything less than scary funny.
Robin Williams
While I can accept his roles now, he was really tough at first. Now all I can do is imagine him as some funny guy with a sick twisted mind. Despite the fact that "One Hour Photo" was not deemed one of his greatest works, I'm now frightened by "One Hour Photo" experts. His role in "Insomnia" was even harder to accept.
Paul Johansson
I only first heard of this guy when I seen "One Tree Hill" (don't watch anymore though due to time constraints) and ever since then, his role as the sick mother****er that I'd just love to hit over the head with an aluminum bat, when I seen that he was in "Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies" and casted as a good guy, I just couldn't help but laugh.
Andrew Divoff
If you have no idea who this guy is, which you should, he was the Djinn in the Wishmaster. He was supposed to be scary but ever since that movie, I just cannot help but laugh every time I see this guy in a movie or show. He does have a scary looking mug but I just laugh because it's hilarious to me. Every time I see him now, I imagine him tapping his chest like he did in "Wishmaster".Comment
