What are a sites that host? it's not really a message board. it for games reviews and such.............

A host? I made a post telling you where to get a cheap host but considering you think you will get a programmer for free as well as hosting, you are looking to get into making a website, but not a serious one. Checkout geocities for that. -

I'll quote my previous post telling the info you needed:
Geocities - http://www.geocities.comThis server probably costs hundreds per month because of the massive amount of bandwith and space (images/posts/videos mainly) required so you wouldn't need anything near that.
I use a cheap host which works out great and if you end up not wanting to make a site anymore it only costs you $5/month - http://www.resellerzoom.com
For a domain - http://www.godaddy.com
As for making the site you would be best learning HTML first, making a website isn't as easy as you may think it is. Good luck.
