    Grey's Anatomy, Season 3

Man, I can't wait for the 21st (one week away!). Grey's Anatomy is probably one of my favorite shows on television (but then again I watch a crapload of television) and I've been going back and watching season two and I realized how much I love the show.

And, Callie Torres is back. Yipee!

I recently finished season 1 on DVD and am 8 episodes into season 2. It's a pretty good show and I'm looking forward to seeing season 3 when I get done with 2. I like Izzie and Alex the best. Izzie cause she's so good looking and funny, Alex because he's so mean.

Eight episodes into season two? Oh man, you haven't seen ANYTHING yet and believe me when I say that. From a character standpoint, Izzie, George, and Dr. Burke are my favorites easily. Also, I quickly warmed up to Addison. I'm not into Izzie simply because she's eye-candy, but she's actually the best all-around character on the entire show.

yeah that's what I figured. George is real funny too. Right now it is just a bunch a drama between Meredith and Addison (who I have started liking much more), but I've heard it gets coming really good soon. I've been watching 3 or 4 episodes a night, so I should be good by the time season 3 starts.

Here's my advice. Do a SERIOUS push because episode sixteen and forward is EXCELLENT television. I wasn't as high on the season finale as some people were, but... still. Incredible stuff. My favorite episode of the entire show happens to be "Yesterday" (season two, episode 18). Once you see it you'll know what I'm talking about. But then, "What Have I Done To Deserve This?" (season two, episode 19) will break your heart.

I watch this with my wife and can admit to finding it amusing. Is it me, or is Meredith the single most unlikeable character on television?

Apparently, you don't watch Nip/Tuck (Julia McNamara) or Rescue Me (Janet). Those women are HORRIBLE. But, yeah, as a character Meredith Grey is very flawed but Ellen P. does a fantastic job of portraying her, though.

I watch both shows actually, and I don't mind either character nearly as much as Meredith.

*shrugs* I guess it just depends on what really irks you as a person.

Janet: Sleeps with Tommy's brother, Johnny, and could possibly be knocked up with Johnny's baby. Not only that but took Tommy's kids away from him OUT OF NOWHERE at the end of season one. But, the kicker is Janet blaming Tommy for their son's death in season two.

Julia: Doesn't tell Sean that Christian is the father of Matt (season two). Flushed Annie's hamster down the toilet in season one. Not to mention her "killing" her mother.

Meredith Grey makes bad decisions when it comes to males and relationships and is just an extension of indecisiveness which I believe all females have. That's it. Nothing vile or anything of the sort.

My wife and I have spent most of the weekend re-watching season 1 and 2 on dvd in preps for the 3rd season launching on Thursday.

Tonight's the big night. Sadly, I won't be able to catch it due to me working (I'll have to download it and watch it later) but the buzz around the season premiere is pretty intense.

I'm now trying to figure if I should just try to buy season 1 and season 2 and just watch them instead of going to season 3. I saw most of season 2 but I didn't see too much of season 1. Another thing that has me anxious is the ratings for tonight because they put Grey's Anatomy against CSI, the juggernaut. I don't know if GA can last against CSI but I'm definitely interested to find out. I gotta step my season game up. I'm slipping tremendously.

There will be a small ratings dip, but there's WAY too many woman who could care less about CSI out there for Grey's not to make it. I'm just glad its not on during the Office.

Me too. Office at 8:30 and then Grey's. My wife is totally geeked about it.

Flyboy, who is Callie Torres? Is she the one that was dating George in the last couple months of season 2? I liked her character and felt Grey and Izzie were too mean to her.
