Uh, when did the Kill Bill Box Set come out?

Somehow I missed this even though I've been waiting for it a while.

Does anyone know what this box set has (director's cut, deleted footage, anything at all?) and where it can be purchased other than Amazon (which is only selling it through half.com users)?

When I bought Kill Bill 2 when it was first released at Best Buy, they gave me the box to hold them both. Or maybe it payed like a dollar for it. Is there another set besides that one?

It hasn't...that's probably a rare two pack (hence it not being available) that came out when Volume 2 was released on DVD.

The Collector's Editions of 'Kill Bill' are on everyone's list of "Most Anticipated DVD's" and trust me, when they are announced the news will be EVERYWHERE!

It's just a shame that Miramax a-hole had to shoot his mouth of about the gullibilty of DVD buyers by bragging of double and triple dips. Had he not done that, the new editions would likely be out now.

*As an aside, anyone watching the "HD" versions on TNT? One, they aren't HD...two, they are zoomed in and not original aspect ratio...and three, the edits are a joke (hearing blood spraying but not seeing it, and they even cut the shot of O-Ren's scalped head!). Absolutely pathetic display, I mean, what's the point if you aren't airing the films as intended?*

Yeah, my friend got the box for a dollar when he bought both Vol. 1 and 2 at the same time, but I wasn't offered the box since I only bought Vol. 2 that day. Anyway, I'm pretty sure that's what the box looked like.

Well, I watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 last night, and I can't wait for the Box Set to be released.

I have never understood the point of playing a movie where a majority of it is edited or not shown. The edits are terrible and the voice dubs just sound like ****.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

Kill Bill on basic cable? that is funny.....

The real deluxe edition needs to come out, I have passed on the individual DVDs to wait for it, as a lot of people have. If they can have 48 different versions of every Star Wars movie, I think there is a market for a Kill Bill package, directors cut, etc.
