    Getting rid of WinAntiVirus spyware

Everytime I go online I get a winantivirus pop up, telling me to download their software etc.

It's also messing with how explorer works. I have to go in and start it up through the task manager after each pop-up basically.

I've run Ad-Aware, Kapersky and Ewido. It's doing me no good.

    Any advice?

    Thanks

Try ewido anti-spyware free in safe mode that might help you.

Tried this late last night, still nada.

        Thanks though.

Anyone else with any other ways to fix it?

It only happens when I use Firefox

That's because it's not spyware, it's a virus. Try running your virus scanner and see if it detects it.

              Pop-up blocker?

I don't know... I think I'm in a worse pit here. My CD/DVD-ROM drive doesn't recognize anything. Not only that, my computer doesn't even recognize that that drive exists! Help damnit!!!
