Does anyone know if the 8GB Nano runs off of a HDD or Flash Memory like the rest of the Nano line?
I have a 30gb Video IPOD, but I never use the video feature and only have about 4gb worth of music on it and have had it since January.
How is the Nano quality wise?
I have a friend that has had 2 60gb fail on him over the years do to the HDD going out. I feel like the HDD based IPOD's have too many problems from what I have heard and read about.

I have also been looking at the players from Creative and the new Zen V series seems to be much better players than they had before. With Creative, I would have to go with a 4gb or even an 8gb if they have one out.
Is it true that the sound quality is better in the creative than the ipods?
Again, video features I really don't care for and I also like the FM Tuner that Creative has in their players. How is the tuner?
Since I've never had a Flash MP3 Player, how does it compare to a HDD MP3 player?
