    Re: Zillow.com

get this... quite the sad and funny story.

my old neighbor in his late 70s decides to sell his house. he goes to my other neighbor who is known for that sort of stuff. the old guy offers him 40,000 dollars. this other guy just jumps at that chance.

What would you have done here?

looking on zillow, it says its value is 240,000 dollars.

he lived there 15 years and the best he could do is rip him off. I love society lol

no moral regard towards an out of touch with reality nearly 80 year old? How much lower do you go? once you mess with old people, youre doomed in life imo

yeah, i don't think they consider cardboard boxes as houses on that site.

On a serious note, based on this site, looks like I didn't overpay for my condo. What I don't understand is the condo across the parking lot from mine is the exact same layout, same sq footage and everything, yet it's worth $4k more, hmmm

Jesus, I'm moving to Texas. Houses in Maryland that are 3700 sq ft goes for at MINIMUM twice that much. My friend just bought a ~2900 sq ft house on a 0.2 acre lot for 715k. My current starter home is 1100 sq ft, and is worth 298k in Baltimore according to this web site.
