Re: Ludacris - "Release Therapy"
I really like it.
He addresses the beef between he and Chingy on Tell It Like It Is and War With God is pretty good also. I can't really remember any other songs off the top of my head.
If Luda is anything, he's consistent. So it is a pretty solid CD. -
Re: Ludacris - "Release Therapy"
I've enjoyed every one of his cds so I'm sure this one wouldn't be different.
Luda deserves a lot of respect. He comes out with a good album every year. It may not be great, but it's never poor. He's been consistant. I can't think of another popular rap artist that has consistantly pushed out solid albums every year."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

Re: Ludacris - "Release Therapy"
I think Chicken-N-Beer was kinda ****ty after a few listens, and Red Light District became kind of weak too.
But this is definitely his best one since Word of Mouf, IMO. Pretty much every song can be played, no skipping necessary (except maybe the song with R Kelly).“Nobody in the history of the game tried what I just tried. We’re talking about on the biggest stage, in New York, playing out of position and asked to hit fourth for the New York Yankees. I mean, that’s never been done.” - Sheffield on SheffieldComment
