Good questions. Not a bad story insofar as advancing this season's story arc, but a little too plodding and boring to me. Lionel is a mystery to me, and I'm beginning to think he's a mystery to the show's writers as well, since they seem to not know what direction they want to take with this character. Whether you like Lana(and I don't) or not her revelation about Clark's "uniqueness" certainly is one of the more pivotal moments in "Smallville"'s run, and it should make her more interesting. I would have liked to see Lex relish the moment of his first kill (hey, this guy is supposed to eventually be SUPER EVIL, right??), but instead they cop out and make it an accident. I still think Chloe's extraordinary powers of deduction are related to her exposure to Green K.

I believe that the shows writers didn't plan on having such strong performances by both the Lionel and Chloe actors. If you know anything about Superman's real past there really never was a Chloe character, and that Lex's father was really hardly ever touched on. In the comics they just had Lex as this manical genious that made robots and mutants to kill Superman and nothing else. Smallville is more about the drama than the action, but when action does take place it looks realistic and therefor makes the entire show something to care about.I have been a longtime fan of both Superman and the Smallville show I really wouldn't mind if they just go ahead and let Chloe date Clark. They have too much on screen chemistry it just pissn' me off that they even invented the character. Even when they tried to kill her off it just didn't feel right so I think the producers are pretty much stuck with her. I also think that this may be the shows downfall, because Clark is juggling to many women,when the writers don't spend time harping on Clark and Lana's mismatch relationship. I think with the wedding being done it's past time for Clark to shut doors on all parties involved. I mean just wipe the slate clean and bring in Bruce Wayne as Lex's partner by day and his enemy at night as Batman. Send Lana to Europe on an extended vacation. Put Lionel in a coma( have MartianManhunter do it as a way of helping Clark like he did on the docks that one time) Create a stir with his mom as she gains a new enemy in office. Hell give Clark a new enemy and for petes sake put his glasses on him, he is getting older.I also have a idea for explaining why he wears the glasses and you guys tell me what you think.....Clark uses some protective radioactive lenses made from some Kryptonian crystals that cause him to sort of change his skin color, while activating his heat vision. It's kind of like having a new power. In other words his heat vision hits his glasses then radiates on his skin causing him to appear either darker or lighter and when he is Super man he can stay his natural color. I suggest this because simple glasses just ain;t cutting it nomore they need to add some spice......

How right you are. A pretty good episode with a Groundhog day feel since they kept showing the same day from a different perspective until the end.

I don't get Lionel. He's an aid for Clark and loves his mom but blood always wins out over water I guess. I've always liked Lionel. There is so much that they have introduced the last couple episodes that will be building towards the finale. I'm glad the fluff in the middle is gone.

I really see Lex losing it towards the end of the season and it will make him into the character that we have known in the comic books and the Superman movies. I think that Lionel is a very strong character to the series, but boy is the man all over the place. He knows the exxact time that you took a **** and what not. LOL!

This one is interesting. What has Lex done to Lana, what is she pregnant with? I bet its a Kryptonian, mixed with DNA from Clark and some Kryptonite infected sperm or something.

This is one of the best revelations this season.

I think that Lionel will die at the end of the season as I have been predicting. It will somehow have Clark involved that helps send Lex go overboard part 1.

How will Lana's knowledge of Clark change things?

She will go back to Clark by the end of the season or by the beginning of next season, this will be the final nail in the coffin for Lex's maddness part 2.

What about the Zoners and Clark's training?

I would like the answer to this also.

I didn't get around to watching the latest episode until yesterday, man it was really good. I was amazed that the wedding actually happened. Lots of great questions left as well. And also, for the first time in a while, even though I've enjoyed Smallville all year, this was the first time I really wished I already had the next episode watch.

I'm really looking forward to the final episodes this year as well. The first 5 or 6 episodes were really strong this year as they were part of a bigger story. However, the middle of this season has largely been fluff/time filler until now. Finally they are getting back to the meat and potatoes they had going earlier which is the strength of the show along with the characters.

I liked this season more than season 4-5, all because of the Green Arrow character and the major returns of Cyborg,Flash and Aqua Man. I think that the love triangle of the show has really been beat to death and has dragged the show from what it started out being and thats interesting. It became more mush over Lana than an action filled hour like it started out as. I am not looking for simple mindless action episodes but they hardly involved the rest of the world when it came to rescuing people from outside threats. Lets see Clark take a ride outside of Metropolis or Smallville. Let him experience other things next season. Let's gfind a way for him to not brood over his situations in his barn. Let him take his mind off this chick and find new not copycat run of the mill villians. Hell let him team up with Green Latern or Blue Beetle.....

Where have you been?! Chloe has known about Clark's powers for quite awhile. I think she may have known all last season as well as this season. Time to catch up and I think the remaining episodes will be really cool this year.

Awsome episode. I liked the the fighting sequences, also you got to see Clark let loose like never before. I hope that Titan wasn't the last of the Zoners............

I loved last night's episode too. The fight between Clark and Titan was maybe the best action scene in Smallville history. It was also very cool to see Clark have a bit of a smile during the fight. He was a real bad ***.

I wonder if Lex poisoned Lana's drink to kill off the baby. Maybe the baby couldn't survive without the dead doctor to bring it along. I hope we find out what really happened there.

I must say the eye candy was VERY nice last night.
