My problem with your original post was that you insinuated people liked Chloe over Lana simply because Kristin Kreuk is Canadian which is absurd. Making arguments about who you like better is fine but to make that claim was and still is ridiculous.

From WB on HD-DVD/BD Release of S6:

We started getting emais asking about HD releases almost immediately after we posted news that Smallville season 6 would be released on September 18. Now we have some exclusive info from Warner Bros - they'll release season 6 on Blu-ray and HD DVD on September 18, the same day as the DVD.

Both sets retail for $79.98, and contain the same content:
Green Arrow: The Legend of the Emerald Archer
Smallville Legends: Justice & Doom
Smallville Big Fans

Smallville Legends: The Oliver Queen Chronicles
The Making of Smallville Legends: The Oliver Queen Chronicles
Deleted Scenes
Both sets will contain 1080p video (1.78:1), with the Blu-ray release sporting a Dolby Digital 5.1 track, and the HD DVD release containing a Dolby Digital Plus 5.1 audio track. Blu-ray flexes its additional capacity on this set; the Blu-ray release is 4 discs while HD DVD is 5.

Why, does that have no validity whatsoever? Without going against OS rules, many people have argued the aforementioned.

Kristin Kreuk is Canadian? I like Chloe better than Lana simply because the Lana character is annoying as all get out. Why someone would argue it's due to the nationality of the actress is beyond me.

I agree. I don't see how this is an issue of where an actress was born when Lana's character is so repetitevly annoying.

It's not. It was a hypothetical statement I put out there. People think Lana is annoying, but I think its perfect for the character--when shes with Clark shes very likable, but when she's with Lex, her character changes soooo much that people hate her. I think it's done purposely.

The reason I even put out that statement was because it was on a different site and that was the guy's argument (he was American).

Regardless, at first I was kind of annoyed too, until I clued in why she had become like that after watching Season 1 again

I found her annoying no matter who she was with the last couple of years, especially when she and Clark were almost together. I will say that the last few episodes of this year she was a lot better and actually had a purpose. For a long while it seemed like her character was pointless and the Clark-Lana thing had grown very tiresome. Joining her with Lionel and tricking Clark to see his powers was interesting. At least she had some memorable story lines by the end of this year.

LOL. I think we all can separate the character from the actress although I'll take Lois/Erica Durance (another Canadian) over her anyday.
