Best type of USB Flash Drives?

Hey guys, needed your help/opinion on something. The company I work for are currently looking for some reliable thumb drives. I've currently tried Lexmark and SanDisk (Cruzer Mini) both have been reliable, but one of my Cruzer Mini's was accidently formatted, and cannot be reformatted again (thus resulting in a dead flash drive)

I wanna purchase some new and reliable drives, but am not sure which one is the best. I figured you guys would know more than me, so I hope you can post your input.

I have the Cruzer Titanium. I've beaten that thing up and it's still working strong.

I've read some good reviews about the Titanium, unfortunately, we're on a tight budget, so the price range is a little too high for us.

Also we are a Mac based company, so we needed something that is compatible with both Macs and PCs.

I was looking at the Imation USB 2.0 GB Drive with the rubberized shell.. Looks funky, but it seems pretty durable..

where I work, a lot of people like the Pny Flash Drives. They are cheap for 1GB when they go on sale and right now at my work I believe has 4GB pny flash drive for $99 but i might have to double check that.

Understood that the price is an issue, but just FYI, I use the Titanium with no problems with my Powerbook G4.

I have a 512 MB SanDisk Cruzer Micro that's great. You have to get the u3 garbage off of it to make it just a regular thumbstick though.

I've got an old PNY Attache 512 that I've used for a couple years. They are pretty cheap too.
