    Circuit City Refunds?

Does anyone know if Circuit City refunds opened videogames or no?

Has this always been the norm with these stores? I want to say I remember when EB would allow you to return games because you didn't like them, but maybe that was a policy at my local EB conflicting with national policy.

They usually will exchange it for the same game, then go to Walmart.

God bless Wal-Mart's ulta liberal return policy.

EB used to have a very good(for consumers) policy, I think you have something like 2 weeks to return a game, opened, for full trade-in refund. This turned them into a Gamefly type service for some people, get a game, play it for two weeks straight, trade it for a new one, repeat. Then they changed it to 7 days. Finally, once mod chips became so popular they stopped giving anything but the same game after you opened it.
