    Audio Device Not Detected

All of a sudden, I cant open up my volume console. Every time I double click the volume icon... an error message pops up and says "The audio device supported by this application is not detected."

When go to Sound in my Control Panel... it says, No Audio Detected

I get sound on my computer except for anything other than Windows Media Player or normal Windows noises.

When it ried to reinstall the drivers, it says no device supported by these drivers has been found. Anything I can do?

Have you installed a different sound card other than the factory card? If you haven't it may have possibly been fried.

When you reinstall the drivers, make sure to delete the driver first. Then reboot, then install the driver. Also, be sure its the correct driver for your pc. You can usually find your drivers by googling your model # and drivers.
