im not real sure, but i dont see a big difference from that and people making mixtapes with a mp3 of 50cent blasting through the speakers.

I dont know how lyrics and notes hold up on the internet compared with actual copies (mp3 of 50cent vs. someone rapping re-creating 50cents song). to me its the same act.

in each instance youre copying someone elses work. dont take my word for it. im not even 50% sure, but i dont see where my logic is THAT flawed. lol

ill try to look up copyright infringement laws this weekend.

whats weird is, you dont need permission from the artist when you do a talent show or a cheerleader event with their music... I guess what they look at is the act of recording the footage and rebroadcasting it later...
