    My son

This is something I did for my son. When Adam was born he was not given a very good chance of doing anything, He was born with cerebral palsy. Adam suffers from seizures. He hasn’t had one in 2 years. He is on medication that controls them. We were told that he would probably not ever be able to hold his head up on his own. There was also a discussion of putting a feeding tube into his side. This would have been his only way of nourishment. He uses utensils now, and eats like a horse.
He also was given little hope of ever getting around other than crawling on his stomach. Look at him now.

Great vid. Looks like the kid is really loved, probably a big part in why he has had such great progress.

Adam had an operation to stretch out the tendons to his calf muscles. His toes were pointed down excessively. This made walking even harder for him. He still uses his walker, but someday he WILL walk. He's one tough guy. My wife taught him to crawl on his hands and knees. When I was working 60-70 hours a week, she did it all. She's the best.

                      Re: My son

Well that got me all teary eyed. You've got a remarkable son orion. It's things like this that adds perspective to people's lives. I have a cousin who's had multiple problems but he's doing alright for himself. I've also had many obstacles in my life as well and I can say i've done well.

I know that with love, hard work and dedication your boy will achieve anything he sets for himself.

God bless you, your wife and child.
