    Moron/Idiot Microsoft Word Question

This is for the note takers out there:

I am using word and take my notes in bullet format. Usually, my shift and tab keys are tied to the bullets so I can manipulate the bullet placement. However, my shift and tab keys are no longer tied to the bullets and to get the bullets where I want them, I have to manually increase/decrease indent everytime with each bullet.

Does anyone know how to tie my shift/tab keys back to my bullets again??? I have searched and can't find anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

There is, but my problem is consisting with the tab/shift button not being tied to the bullets and allowoing me to increase/decrease my indents. Therefore, when I press tab, it indents, but the bullet does not follow it.
