Is it any good? Currently a Sprint user and I hate them.

Theyre alright, I just wish all these people would stop following me...especially when I'm trying to use the bathroom....and a few of them have it stuck in their mind that I'm supposed to pay their way to everything...like I'm their meal-ticket...Comment

I've had Verizon for about 3 years. Best wireless service provider where I live, imo. I've had Cingular, had experiences with Nextel. I don't get the dropped calls that I used to get with Cingular. So, no complaints from me.Comment

The only problem I have with Verizon is that my contract doesn't end until next September, so I can't get a new phone until then. That's not even their issue though, I've had no real problems with them.Comment

Pretty good, as far as wireless companies go. I do a lot of traveling and the coverage area has yet to give me any serious problems.Originally Posted by Briman123

Had Verizon for a year (dad finally gave me a phone) and I have to say I have no problem except my dad disabled the VCast and Get Now functions >_<. Also, since I've gone to college and gotten into their extended network my reception is a lot better.Comment

I have had my fair share of issues with their phones and customer service. Their coverage has been fine but they have awful customer service from what I have experienced.Comment

I left Sprint a year ago the day my contract ran out, switched to Verizon. Very happy I did...much better service, and no customer service issues, like I used to have with Sprint on a regular basis.
In this area they probably have the best coverage as well, which is nice.Comment

I like Verizon, but they disable alot of features that your phone has. You might want to look into that if you use alot of scheduling features or file transfers that the phone you are looking to get offers.Comment
