Trying to find a comedian's name (Hispanic)

Saw this guy over the summer for his 1/2 hour special. He was Hispanic and kept talking about his father being crazy. Some of the hilarious bits were about his father telling him to "always remember where you come from", home remedies and his father waking him up to roof the house after being out partying the night before. He probably spent at least half the show mimicking his father. Anyone? I searched all over Comedy Central, but no dice.

I believe your talking about Freddy Soto. He talked about his dad a lot, like how he says "Regardless" in every sentence and how he says chicken like "shicken" and shorts, "chorts." He was funny, but unfortunately he died a year and a half ago from a heart attack.
