 I'll either get the Zune or the 60 gig Gigabeat S. I'm leaning toward the S because it has portable media center and that's what I use to record all of my tv shows on my pc. I don't believe Zune can play the media center files. Not to mention the S is 60 gigs vs. Zune's 30 and there both around the same price.Today I realized something. I'm a clown.  After having had a couple mp3 players, I'd definitely go with the one with superior size if they are about equal in the sound quality depart, Jabisco.

 I still don't know but I think i'm starting to warm to the zune even more. I like the big screen, the interface seems pretty cool, ability to sync with 360, built in FM radio and you can even see the song that is being played. Also even though wireless is pretty useless now to me I still have hope Microsoft will update it to make it useful.

 Well I picked one up today, the black one and I love it so far. Makes me wonder why I never picked up anything like this before now. Now I am hoping that the new downloadable content for TV and stuff can transfer from the 360 to the Zune.S.O.S Crew

 Yea i'd definatly be interested in it...Tho I never would ever have that many songs. Until I have to I will never pay for any type of music, So i'll just delete and Add on as much as I can.  Battery life is supposedly 13 hrs for music and 5 hrs for video but I have not tested that yet.
 
 Sound is really nice, especially since I am only using the packaged headphones, can only imagine what it would sound like with higher quality phones. It has different audio settings depending on what genre of music you are listening to, so you can get the most out of your type of music.
 
 I have not put any videos on it yet, just messed around with it for about 10 minutes last night as most of my evening was ripping and downloading music. From what I have seen so far, I think the video is better than watching a movie on the PSP.
 
 Controls are very easy and the menu is easy to navigate so no complaints on that side.
 
 I like the fact that you have the built in FM tuner and the reception came in better than on my home audio receiver. I have not been able to find anyone else with one around me yet to try the music sharing but I did see how it works back in the beginning of October. You can listen to songs sent from other Zune's up to 3 times in a 72 hour window. If you like that song, you can flag it and the next time you hook up to marketlace, it will be there waiting to confirmed for download. Also, the XB360 Marketplace points are one in the same with Zune Marketplace, another thing I like. Marletplace was easy to navigate and when you first buy one, you get a 14 day pass that lets you download as many songs as you want. After 14 days you can either extend your pass by month or year, or just pay for the ones you want to keep.S.O.S Crew

 I just bought one for my wife's birthday. It's in the process of "Synchronizing" with my music and the software.
 
 Anyway, since neither of us have mp3 players (I'm not interested but my wife really loves her music while coding) I picked up a Zune due to the included FM tuner, the larger size (the Wrigley gum stick IPods are just lame), and the larger video screen. The storage isn't a big deal, since my wife rotates her music a lot, and I prefer Windows Media Player over Itunes (made the mistake of downloading a couple songs and realizing that everything is ****ing Itunes specific).

 No, it certainly has a ton of potential, but its not quite ready for me yet. I will stick with the iPod that I already have. However I like the direction they are starting in. This will certainly only help the MP3 community because it pushes Apple and the others to continue to heavily upgrade their players.
