As a huge Simpsons fan who has watched the last four or five seasons out of habit and loyalty (there have been good episodes here and there) I was SO happy to find that the movie was as funny as people were saying it was. The movie is hysterical. I went earlier today and I already want to take my brother or fiance to see it. I laughed every twenty seconds and I need to go back just so I can gather more quoteable lines. I can't even remember half of them.

I personally loved this movie. It amazed me how much more detailed the animation had to be to not look like crap on the big screen.

With how much the movie made... I think FOX wouldn't pass up a sequel, and perhaps like 3 more movies.

yeah, with the success, it's almost certain there will be a sequel, and that it won't take nearly as long to get around to making it.
