Clipse - Hell Hath No Fury

So the album has leaked, has anyone given it a listen?

I'm not sure if I want to get it now or wait for it drop on the 28th.

Of the three songs I've heard so far, the Clipse sound on top of their game, and the beats sound like.... If science fiction had a sound, this would be it.

Edit: Forgot to mention XXL gave it a XXL.

Didn't know it was leaked, thanks for the heads up. I gotta give it a listen. One of my favorite rap groups. I don't doubt they are on top of their game either, they killed We Got it For Cheap vol 2.
    PS: You guys are great.

I have had it since Friday.... it suffers from two flaws.

Content.... while I dont mind it as much as I did on thier previous release. Its more of the same subject matter. Drug Dealing... if you can stomach that than u will enjoy it. These guys spit craziness in alot of the songs on there. "John P Kee and the sounds of crackness"

      Second flaw Pharreal....

I dont think anyone but the neptunes produced on this album and it kinda has the same sound and feel. Its also strange hearing Skateboard P say tough talk on a hook...

But on the sliding scale of judging music this is definately the best release so far. I hope they can do a ReUp Gang album cause these 4 guys spit venom

If it took this long for their follow to fairly successful debut album, I doubt an official ReUp Gang album is possible, sadly.

If this album sells, a Reup gang anthem will definently be next. The reason it took so long for this one was because of the issues between Jive, the Neptunes and the Clipse. If this album sells, Jive will be pushing for another album quick.

Yeah, but I don't think it'll sell. Unless some diehards go out and support it.

I don't think Mr. Me Too is doing that well, and Wamp Wamp doesn't seem like it'll be that huge either.

Yep, have had the leaked version for a while. The beats are meh, but the album still bangs. And I don't mind the subject matter at all, because they are just so fun to listen to. They could be talking about parking cars for all I care. I'll definitely cop it to support em.

Probably one of the best rappers that talk about the same thing all of the time.
"It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace

It's definitely a bangin' album, but then again I've always been a Clipse fan.

Yup. I really can't stand Pharell though. They need to get with some other producers.

This album is bangin', out of all the major November releases, this one is my favorite. Can't wait til Nas drops his album...

I finally got around to obtaining a better sounding version, and I'm definitely loving the album.

Looking forward to picking up the official release on Tuesday.

Nice to see the album getting some decent pub.

The harsh guys over at Pitchfork gave the album a 9.1
