    Computer Screen Problem

I temporarily changed my CPU's screen resolution, changed it back, and now the page doesn't fill the entire screen. it is cut off about 1/2 an inch from the left side and the top and about 3/4 of an inch from the right side. I've tried changing the screen resolution a few times and restarting the CPU but it didn't correct the problem. Any suggestions?

have you tried the buttons on the screen, if you have already, maybe there an issue with your video-card.

Change the monitor refresh rate to 75 hz or if its at 75 then put it at 60 hz, if its a laptop then let it use 1 monitor then switch it to two.

Not to take over your thread, but pointless in making another...

          I got this monitor

But the letters seem just a tad blurry. Any settings I should adjust?

                Yes, try that.

Also, test other resolutions. That monitor may be designed to have ideal performance in a different one.
