    N64 Kid is Famous!

I was watching the Redskins game on Fox when I see the clip of the crazy N64 kid at Christmas. I couldn't help but laugh. I thought it would have ended up being a Nintendo commercial but it turned out to be a BMW ad. Behold the power of YouTube.

Haha, I just saw that too. Like you, I figured it would be for Nintendo, but then I saw the BMW. Hmm.

That kid goes to a neighboring school of mine and some of my friends know him. I really hope he's getting some form of payment.

? How is that linked to BMW?

LOL, I remember seeing that video awhile ago. I'm interested in seeing what BMW did with it.

                    Re: N64 Kid is Famous!

I was watching The Office last Thursday, half asleep at the latest set of commercials. Out of nowhere, I see N64 kid pumping his fists and my eyes nearly popped out of my head. This was a total mark out moment. I implored my roomate to head into the living room and check it out, we both thought it was surreal. Probably the best commercial ever. I love Internet meme's going mainstream.

They did edit out the N64 logo on the box for the commercial. Kinda lame. I also have no clue how this relates to a BMW at all. Still, totally awesome.

BTW, N64 kid (real name: Brandon Kuzma) opened up his own website. Check it out:

It's nuts that N64 kid now has his own commercial...

Well, since this wasn't a Ninentdo Co. originated video, BMW can block out the logo and not worry about compensating them, only the family. I'm sure they got a good chunk of change to have their kid plastered on their ad, that is if the parents had any good sense.
