    Pandora.com

I know we've talked about this site once before, but after having gone through the topics using the Search function, I can't seem to find the old thread where we were first introduced to the website (I'm assuming it was back when this was the Off-Topic forum). Anyway, I thought I'd rehash it for those that haven't heard of it yet before:

A terrific site to find new songs from bands that you may or may not have heard of, that match the music qualities you like to hear in a song. It won't necessarily play that song for you, nor can you repetitively listen to them (and you can't download them for free), but they really get you to find out about new bands, songs, etc. You can purchase the songs via iTunes and such, or if you seem to like the band enough, you can buy their single or album I guess.

I just got into this again, and I've spent countless hours finding new stuff that I like!
    Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60

I listened to it a lot when the site was first launched but it got repetitive a little too fast.

I don't really use it much anymore. I find that last.fm is much better for finding new bands that are similar to the ones you like.

Agreed, I still listen to it on occasion in fact, just the other night I heard a really good country song called "That's how I got to Memphis".

I used it awhile ago but it slowed down my computer and I didn't want to have another window or tab open for it.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)
