    I'm not a fan of jersey wearing. It's kinda like having a poster of an athlete in my room or something, IMO it should be reserved for kids. I honestly think the last three jerseys I bought were before HS and were a Ewing Knicks jersey, a Marino 'Fins jersey and a Jalen Rose Michigan jersey.

    I don't need to have pictures of another man hanging in my room, nor do I need to wear his jersey. A team hoody, hat or shirt is sufficient.

        It's not just the jersey, the kit consists of: Shirt (or jersey), shorts, footwear, shin pads, stockings (or socks). See: http://www.answers.com/topic/kit-football

                I only own a few jerseys. I have a powder blue and a gray Cardinals pullover, an 04 FC Barcelona away, and an 04 Newcastle away. I only wear the baseball jerseys to games, and I'll only wear the soccer jerseys around the house. You can usually find a bunch of good deals on vintage premiership jerseys on ebay.

                    I have a few UNC jerseys, felton, Terry, Lawson, I have a Bobcats Felton jersey and I think im gonna get a Chris Paul jersey (im a hornets fan) and then I have some UNC football jerseys, Jesse Holley, Ronnie McGill

                        I have 4 Titans jersey's which consist of VY, Bulluck, White, and Bennett. And when the D'backs announced the new uni's, I bought myself an authentic Brandon Webb jersey.

                            I've never had much luck with jerseys. Don't have a current NFL jersey since all my Panthers jerseys are of a player who left a year or two after I got it, most recent being Davis. I dropped some cash on an authentic Calvin Johnson gold jersey about three years ago and it was straight balla. I like wearing baseball jerseys more and have a black Dontrelle Willis one, as well as a Beckett jersey on the wall that I don't wear anymore. I want to get Cabrera authentic, but am afraid to spend the money when I think he's gone within two years.

                                While we're on the subject of jerseys, the columbus blue jackets have to have the ugliest jerseys ever created, I can't believe people walk around in public in these things:

                                        The green that they have in the regular jerseys just look terrible, those don't look too bad though it looks like an olympic jersey.

                                                            I agree. I have a Bobcats #50 Okafor jersey that I got for free. When the wife and I were setting out to go to the Bobcats-Magic game the other night, I put it on over top a plain white t-shirt, thought for a second, and took it off. I felt ridiculous. I went with an orange Bobcats t-shirt instead.

                                                            With that said, the only time I'll really ever wear a jersey is when going to the sports bar to watch the Bills. Then, I'll throw on one of my many Bills jerseys.
