        I saw this on the CNN ticker today but only caught the last snippet of it so didn't know it was about him.

        RIP You can now create great cartoon characters with Bill Hanna in heaven.

        In other sad cartoon news Chris Hayward passed away as well. He was one of the writers for Rocky and Bullwinkle. He also did work for sitcoms Get Smart and Barney Miller
