more than anything it is nice if you use some foil and wrap your food and cook your food that way.. you lose so much juice and tenderness on stuff that isnt even full of fat when its exposed to the dual sided cooker. in all honesty, i would much rather use some real spices and marinades and use my skillet than a foreman griller.

its basically for those that are on the run alot and need something thats dry and tastes ok, but done quickly

I don't get dry cooked food. It's funny because i was so hungry one night that I cooked a full frozen steak in the foreman all the way through.

Didn't take more than 20 minutes or so because as soon as it was tender enough I cut into it in slices so it would cook all the way though.

It's a great machine for quick and easy grilling. Get anything over the smallest one (which isnt bad) and you'll be fine.

Grilled cheese, burritos, hot dogs, etc., etc.

French toast is messy, but that as well.

Whatever you do, get one with removable grill plates. Much easier to clean.

I've been looking to pick up another George Foreman grill. We used to own one, it was the older model without the removable grill plates. It cooked a mean hamburger, hotdog, steak, grilled cheese, and chicken. Never had a problem with it drying out my food either.

Good Hamburgers-easy to clean by just tossing a couple of wet paper towels on the grill.
