    Dinner in the sky

Awesome idea! I suppose it's not the best place for food fights, though.

    Brussels, Belgium

Call it a floating restaurant if you will--patrons who dine at Dinner in the Sky are suspended by a crane in midair while feasting on the executive chef’s specialized gourmet menu. Based in Brussels, Dinner in the Sky now brings its table to cities throughout Europe.

That's all sorts of scary. I wouldn't go up there if someone paid me.

As you can see, they are at least wearing seatbelts. I'd assume they wouldn't ever consider this if it was at all very dangerous.

Hmmmm....hanging 20 stories above the pavement....suspended by a cable...with no personal saftey harness......nah...that's not dangerous! Good idea!

Even if they had safety netting......the impact with the table an other items would probably kill you.

How would a person be able to eat?

Hook me in with a safety harness and no problem, but this would be a poor meal. How could you get some more drink, go to the bathroom, what if you drop a fork or knife, what if some birds wanted to join you, etc.

I'd do it...I just need a parachute just in case, I love sky diving.
Cameras or guns, one of them is gonna shoot me to death.

Hell no. Much like sky diving, I don't like doing anything whose main goal is to survive. I'd rather eat my mother-in-law's dry chicken than strap myself in 20 storeys up for a gourmet meal.
