Firefox 1.5 problems

For some reason i'm gettin' a "Firefox can't find the server at en-us.start.mozilla.com." all of the sudden. just recently i've had to use the IE 7 version...which is cool, but i still dig M Firefox as well. can SOMEONE enlightin' me as to what the hells goin' on... that i can't use the Mo Fire 1.5 browser? thanks

Doesn't sound like a connection problem. The "en-us.start.mozilla.com" is just Firefox's startup page. I think you can still use firefox, but for some reason the startup page is messed up.

Try setting your startup page to something else.....Tools>>options>>main and set your startup page to about:blank or any other website.

hey man, thanks for the response...i just removed 1.5 & did like you said & dl the newest which is 2.0 correct? anyways, i'm STILL gettin' the same error...i don't know whats up w/ this...i have Win XP...i had NO problems w/ dl IE 7...oh well, again thanks

mjb, i changed home page, startup and i STILL get "server not found"... i dunno man...thanks anyway
